How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times depend on your location, a rough estimate is as follows:
Germany: 2-6 working days
EU: 4-7 working days
Rest of the World: 6-16 working days
Express shipping options are also available at the check out.
My order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery period, what should I do?
Some things are unfortunately out of our control. Delays can happen and we don't have access to any further information than what is provided in the tracking number. If your package hasn't moved in over 2 weeks, please send an email to hello@effenberger-couture.com with your order number.
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns or exchanges on unworn and unwashed items.
We reserve the right to reject returns if they are not in their original, resaleable condition. This includes the presence of any stains or body odour, therefore we recommend trying on items over underwear and when freshly showered.
For hygeine reasons we cannot accept returns on underwear.
How can I return my order?
To initiate a return, please notify us via email: hello@effenberger-couture.com within 14 days of receipt.
We will provide a return address and instructions, however the customer is reponsible for paying for return shipping costs.
Can you help me find my size?
We'd be happy to help you find the right size if you're not sure. Send us an email to hello@effenberger-couture.com with the following information:
Which item/s you're interested in, your height, waist measurement and chest circumference measurement in inches or cm.
When will my size be back in stock?
You can ask to be notified when a specific item is back in stock by selecting your size and clicking "notify me when available".
It is important to note that most of our products are limited runs and will not be restocked when they are sold out.
Do you have a store where I can try on the pieces?
We don't have a physical store of our own, however you can currently find a limited selection of our pieces for sale at The Code (Berlin), Keller Kreuzberg (Berlin) and Mr Riegillio (Amsterdam)
